CONSERVATIVE DISASSEMBLY AND DEMOLITION
Conservative disassembly and demolition of a polychloroprene plant in the South of France for Polimeri Europa France. Fratelli Omini, specialized in civil and industrial demolitions, oversaw the entire project of conservative disassembly, reclamation and industrial building demolition.
The demolition company managed and demolished the residual structures of an entire polychloroprene plant located in Champagnier (Grenoble) and scheduled to be rebuilt in India.
The technicians have taken care of the entire detailed engineering step, computer database for the archive of individual items and support for the future reconstruction of the plant, as well as all logistical aspects.

AMOUNT OF DEMOLISHED MATERIALS
Here are some numbers of the project:
- site size: 25 hectares;
- 70 exceptional transports;
- 300 containers used.
Reclaimed materials:
- 150 tons of friable asbestos;
- PAP of 13,000 tons of material reclaimed and subsequently sent to recycling centers;
- 40,000 m3 of Eternit.
